Exploring offbeat places, getting a glimpse into various cultures and lifestyles was a novel experience for a workaholic like me, who spends 12 to 14 hours teaching bratty bacchas. The best part was to meet people from different walks of life, including our “GoMissing guy” whose excitement and sense of adventure is highly contagious. “I’d heard about GoMissing from friends and found their trip ideas quite interesting. Got to travel with them finally on the Deoriyataal – Chopta – Chandrashila trekking camping trip. The 2 things that stood out for me in the trip were the excellant planning and Saurabh’s personal involvement in making the trip so much fun. A few memories from the trip that’ll stay with me – Buying bhindi from the local village before camping started(!) The sight of our red tent-tops spotting the green landscape of chopta. All of us cooped up in one tent having hot chai while it poured icicles outside! and of course the great friends i made on the trip!”
